What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number and the service you selected. If you choose to, you can also give us an email address, your city and a description of the problem. We also record which page you submitted from, because it helps us answer you properly.
When you call or text us we have your phone number, the same as any phone call.
What we use it for
To contact you about the request you made, to quote the work, and to schedule and carry out service. If you become a customer we use it for scheduling, service reports, invoices and the occasional message about your account.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the people and systems we need to run the business, which means our customer management system and, if you pay online, our payment processor.
Text messages
When you submit a form or call and do not reach us, you get an automated text confirming we have your request. That text comes from the same number you would call. Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on whether you are an active customer.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses basic analytics to understand which pages people visit and which ones lead to a call. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become customers are kept for two years and then deleted. Customer records are kept as long as you are a customer and for seven years afterwards, which is what our accounting obligations require.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the site.
