Panama City
Brick and block ranch homes under live oaks, downtown, and the old streets of St Andrews. Panama City is our home route.
Panama City Beach
Condo decks, beach houses and rentals that hand over a new family every Saturday. Salt air works on every pad out here.
Lynn Haven
Wide lots, big families and heavy oak and pine over most of the back yards. Lynn Haven is a screened enclosure town.
Callaway
Single story ranch homes, carports and pine over the back fence. Straight pricing and no upsell, which is what people here ask for.
Parker
A small East Bay town where the back fence is usually a dock. Compact lots, tight pads, and wind off the water most of the year.
Springfield
A compact grid of short streets next to Tyndall. Smaller pools, plenty of rentals, and families who move when the orders say so.
Southport
Acre lots under pine and oak, long driveways, and pools that collect everything the trees drop. We build the route so nobody out here gets skipped.
Youngstown
Big cleared lots, metal workshops and pine woods at the property line. It is the far end of the route, so we set a day and we keep it.
Laguna Beach
The quiet west end. Low pastel cottages and small rentals instead of towers, and salt air and blowing sand on every open pad.
Grand Lagoon
Canal and lagoon front homes where every house has a dock and most have a boat. Tight pads, salt air, and pools that get used hard.
