How will I know the pool is okay while I am away?
We check in on it and send you photos, and anything that looks wrong at the pool or the equipment gets flagged to you straight away rather than saved for when you get back.
Is this different from weekly service?
It is weekly service with the check-ins and photos added, so you get the same full visit and a clear view of the pool from wherever you are.
Does a pool really go green that fast?
In summer, yes. Water in the high 80s burns through chlorine quickly, and one afternoon storm can wash in enough organics to tip it over. A pool left alone for two or three weeks in July is very likely to be green by the time you get home.
How do you get in while nobody is home?
The same way as for any route customer who works days. A gate code or a key gets sorted once and kept on file, and you tell us about anything unusual, like a dog sitter or a contractor, before you leave.
Do you only look after beach houses?
No. We cover every area on our route: Panama City, Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Parker, Springfield, Southport, Youngstown, Laguna Beach and Grand Lagoon.
